It's basically haste/rush, the balloon gets to attack as soon as it enters play.

- Value neutral: fucking no!
- Generally favored by red and purple, blue has some but green doesn't get any.
A straightforward ability in terms of what it does. although with the way the game works, it's not as potent here as it is in it's inspiration. There are more layers of defense to get through so there are more ways a speedy balloon can get stopped, especially early in game where players will usually have a dodge in hand or a blocker before you can start throwing speedy balloons out.
Still, speedy is valueble for getting hits in when an opponent is open, and you need to strike while the iron is hot.
